1. Platform Usage
- Our platform connects PG seekers with PG owners/managers Seekers can browse, shortlist, and unlock PG details by paying platform fees Owners can list PG accommodations under free or paid subscription plans
2. Payments & Refunds
- All payments for subscriptions, listings, or unlocks are non-refundable Secure payment gateways process all transactions Charges may change, but we’ll notify in advance
3. Responsibilities
- Seekers: Provide accurate information while registering; misuse of platform is prohibited Owners: Must upload genuine PG details, photos, and pricing. Misrepresentation may lead to suspension Platform: We act as a connecting medium only — not responsible for PG quality, safety, or disputes between seeker and owner
4. Prohibited Activities
- Fake profiles, fraudulent listings, or spam behavior Sharing another user’s data without consent Attempting to hack, copy, or misuse the platform
5. Liability Disclaimer
- We are not a PG broker; we only provide digital visibility & connection Accommodation agreements, rents, and terms are between seeker and owner We are not responsible for damages, losses, or disputes arising from PG stays
6. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Indian law (Delhi NCR jurisdiction)
